The little engine that didn't really want to...
Well it's Thursday...yea.
In the last few days I've been on this little room-improvement fix. Now I havn't actually acted on any of my groundbreaking ideas yet, but I'm considering them to a FRIGHTENING extent. Well now that I'm done lying, I might as well come out and say it: I want my own freaking computer. Surprisingly, my mom was acting like she was into the idea...after all, it would mean no more sitting in the middle of the family room for hours at a time. Instead I'd be in the comfort of my very own room! I counted out my money, found a suitable PC pack, and got all pumped up, only to find that my dad wouldn't have it, and that my mom simply won't try to convince him to change his tune. What. Thee. Hell.
Don't worry though, I'm not giving up. Not by a long shot.
Anyway, onto the cool.
So today I decided to step into my back yard and look around, only to find two really really big "birds" in my pool...with colors...and webbed feat...and duck bills. WAIT A SECOND, "birds" don't have duck bills. DUCKS do. That's when it dawned on me that they WERE ducks! I ran inside and grabbed my phone and took some pictures and videos. I have no idea where they came from or how long they'd been there, but I like ducks, so I just kinda watched them swim around for a little until my dog ran up and ruined everything. Still, it was a really cool thing.
Not much else is going on for the time being. I'm considering getting a job, but can't decide whether I should wait until I'm sixteen, or just go for it...time shall tell I guess.
